Okay, okay...you can help. 11/07/2008
Thank you to everyone for your calls, cards, concerns, and most of all, your prayers. I know many of you have expressed a desire to help in any way possible, especially those close by. Many of you already have and please know that it is so greatly appreciated and means so much to each of us. I know my mom will be forever thankful, and knowing her, will feel bad and embarassed. Thank you all for the car rides, meals, and dinner gift cards. I think that practically speaking that is the best way y'all can help out. Meals are very appriciated and will be even more so once I go back to Houston and it's just the guys. Oh boy. I'm trying to stock them up on toiletries and toilet paper and all that stuff my mom does. Oh, and if anyone has some spare time (spare time...what is that???), I'm trying to clean everything really really really good, so could use some help washing curtains. I want to try and clear as much dust from the air so that if/when she gets out the air will be as clean as possible. Again, thank you all for your visits, calls, and prayers. This would be a million times more difficult without you. |
